Sensitizing citizens to participate in government programs (elections, community work Umuganda, Itorero, annual national celebrations, the commemoration period for the Genocide against the Tutsi, maintaining cleanliness, and others).
Encouraging citizens to take pride in loving their country by safeguarding the security of people and their property.
Resolving citizens’ issues through the Citizens’ Assembly (Inteko y’Abaturage), the District Joint Action Development Forum, community mediators (Abunzi), and by enforcing court judgments issued by courts.
